So far, the 2012 Primary has been a vicious one. Not only have the candidates torn into Obama and each other, but on numerous occasions, activists have interrupted, booed, and otherwise protested candidates during their speeches, townhall meetings, book signings, you name it. A few examples include the members of the LGBT community who have "glitter-bombed" former candidate Tim Pawlenty, and current candidates Newt Gingrich and Michele Bachmann. Another form of homosexuals protesting candidates occurred when a lesbian woman instructed her eight-year-old "son" to approach Bachmann during a book signing and say "My mommy's gay, and she doesn't need fixing." I for one am appalled that a woman hid behind a child like that. All she did was hurt her cause.
The other main protesting group as been the Occupy (insert city here) protestors. Again, Bachmann and Gingrich seem to be the main targets. Both candidates have had speeches interrupted by a "human microphone" in which one protestor shouts something and the others repeat it.
Yes, the Occupy protestors are being crazy. Did you see the news article about a sign that said, "Occupy a Job! We're Hiring!"? My grandpa, who lives down in Indiana, put that sign there. He owns the company. It's called, "CNC". My uncle, Uncle Steve, was on the news talking about why they put it there. - Wings
